Should not the teams be reduced to 16 teams participating rather than 32?
Would it be more interesting if only 16 participate or it is goood in that to give so called "small" teams a chance to be part of it? even though they going to play against th so called "big" teams?

I personally think tere should be 16 because some of the "big teams" take an advantage of the "small" teams
